Group housing & builders

At Flooring Xtra, we have partnerships with group builders throughout New Zealand. Our teams are experienced in quantifying plans, scheduling around other trades and consulting with clients. Working with more than twenty suppliers, we can tailor packages across a number of flooring types in 'good', 'better' and 'best' categories. Our national scale allows us to negotiate rates on your behalf, delivering value for you and your client. As part of our commitment to our builders, support is also offered for show homes that are built.
