Every Flooring Xtra store warrants their flooring installation against faulty workmanship. Our Lifetime Installation Warranty is a watertight guarantee for our customers from the largest carpet job , to vinyl for your laundry. There's really not much else we can say about that, except, like the man on telly used to say, if it's not right, we'll put it right. You've got our word on it. And as locals, our word is a cast iron assurance that we'll look after your new floor.

Tile Measurements Explained

Individual tiles come in too many sizes and shapes to possibly explain, but all measurements we use are in square metres, so the size of your tile doesn't matter.

In this website pricing is shown in square metres to help you compare tiles with other floor coverings, which are also priced in square metres to keep things simple.

Don't forget we must allow for wastage so what we quote will always be more than the actual area to be covered - figures of 5 - 10% more are typical. Spare pieces will be left with you in case an alteration or breakage should occur. Labour and adhesives etc are always based on the nett area to be tiled.
