Our Retail Sales Managers play an important role in ensuring our customer's experience consistently meets or exceeds Flooring Xtra's standards of excellence, and are key to ensuring the success of our brand. We are always on the lookout for Retail Sales Managers to join our Flooring Xtra retail sales teams.Flooring Xtra has been intentionally established as a co-operative because of the value we all place on local ownership, local pride and local relationships.
