Rug & Decor Orders

All online orders for rugs and home decor items placed during the holiday period will be dispatched as promptly as possible (please note, orders will not be dispatched on statutory holidays). Pre-order items will be dispatched as per the date on the product page.


Floor Cleaning Orders

All online orders for floor cleaning products placed between Thursday 16 December 2021 - Monday 10 January 2022 will be dispatched on or after Monday 10 January 2022. If you require floor cleaning products urgently during this period we strongly recommend you contact your local Flooring Xtra store to assist. Please note, while our team will work to dispatch all orders received during this period as promptly as possible following Monday 10 January 2022, we anticipate the backlog of orders may cause delays and we ask for your patience in advance.


Sample Box Orders

All online orders for Sample Boxes placed between Thursday 16 December 2021 - Monday 10 January 2022 will be dispatched on or after Monday 10 January 2022. If you require flooring samples urgently during this period we strongly recommend you contact your local Flooring Xtra store to assist. DIY Flooring Orders

All online orders for DIY flooring products placed between Monday 20 December 2021 - Sunday 09 January 2022 will be dispatched on or after Monday 10 January 2022. Please note, while our team will work to dispatch all orders received during this period as promptly as possible following Monday 10 January 2022, we anticipate the backlog of orders may cause delays and we ask for your patience in advance.


Important Delivery Note

We anticipate delivery delays due to unprecedented parcel volumes in December 2021 and January 2022. You can monitor your parcel's delivery using the courier tracking link in the automated email that will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
