For Flooring Xtra, the announcement made by the New Zealand Government means that we can safely re-open our showrooms in Auckland from Wednesday 10th November 2021, and continue to carry out appointments for measuring and installation of flooring. The safety of our clients and our staff are of the highest priority and we will have strict protocols in place for contract tracing, physical distancing, hygiene and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

In our showrooms, we will be maintaining a 2 metre distance between customer groups at all times. All customers are required to wear a mask, likewise our teams will also wear these. Numbers of customers in our showrooms will be monitored by in-store staff to ensure physical distancing can be maintained. Our store teams will also be cleaning/sanitising their showrooms throughout the day. If you’re sick, even with a mild cough or cold, please stay home. You can reach your store safely via email or phone. You will be required to sign in on entry and answer no the following questions: Do you or anyone that is in your bubble have any known COVID-19 symptoms which include coughing, high temperature or shortness of breath? Have you or anyone in your bubble been at a location of interest in the last 14 days? Are you or anyone in your bubble awaiting results from a covid test? Have you or anyone in your bubble been confirmed to have COVID-19 or been in contact with anyone who has been confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19?

For Flooring Xtra, the announcement made by the New Zealand Government means that we can safely re-open our showrooms as of Wednesday 8th September and continue to carry out appointments for measuring and installation of flooring in all regions outside of Auckland under Alert Level Two. The safety of our clients and our staff are of the highest priority and we will have strict protocols in place for contract tracing, physical distancing, hygiene and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

The Flooring Xtra stores outside of the Auckland and Northland regions can safely carry out appointments for measuring and installation of flooring under Alert Level Three. Alert Level Four | Essential Cleaning Products | 25th August 2021

As of the 25^th August 2021, all essential cleaning products available for purchase on www.flooringxtra.co.nz will be dispatched to customers with contactless delivery. Due to Level 4 restrictions, there may be a delay of up to 5 days in dispatching your order.

Flooring Xtra will be following all protocols as per the guidance from the New Zealand Government. Our number one priority remains the health and safety of our customers, our team, and our communities.

For Flooring Xtra, the announcement made by the New Zealand Government means that our stores will be closed from 18th August until the alert level changes. Our stores are unable to carry out face-to-face consultations but will be available via phone and email. Site visits and installations will be paused over this time. If you have a consultation or measure booked with us, your local store we will be in touch to reschedule as soon as they re-open.

Orders for Look Books, Sample Boxes and online purchases can be placed however these will not be dispatched until the Auckland region enters Alert Level Three.

Our Auckland stores are unable to carry out face-to-face consultations but will be available via phone and email. All customer deposits and orders will be honoured as soon as we are able to resume normal business. Our stores will be in touch with you as soon as we are able to reschedule your installation.
