For Flooring Xtra, the announcement made by the New Zealand Government means that our retail stores nationwide will be closed until the alert level changes. Site visits and installations will be paused over this time.
All customer deposits and orders will be honoured as soon as we are able to resume normal business. Our stores will be in touch with you as soon as we are able to reschedule your installation.
If you have a consultation or measure booked with us, your local store we will be in touch to reschedule as soon as they re-open.
During this time, our website is still operational, so you can browse to your hearts content and plan for the project that you have been meaning to get to.
Need advice on what flooring is best for your home? You can chat with our friendly team on our website through LiveChat, 7-6pm Monday – Friday (look for the pop-up in the bottom right hand corner of your screen during these hours).
Orders for LookBooks, SampleBox and online purchases can be placed however delivery will be delayed until we re-open.

Q: Can I still purchase Sample Boxes, LookBooks and rugs online with Flooring Xtra?
A: Yes, you may still shop online, however delivery will be delayed until we are able to reopen our various distribution centres.
Q: I have an installation booked with my local store, can I cancel my job and get a refund?
A: As our product is ordered and specifically made and altered for your personal requirements, we are unable to offer refunds. We will resume with installation as soon as we are able to resume normal business.
Q: Is my deposit safe?
A: Please rest assured that we will honour all deposits.
Q: I had an installation booked in during the next four weeks, will you still complete this?
A: If you have a consultation or measure booked with us, your local store we will be in touch to reschedule as soon as they re-open.
Q: Can I still request a measure and quote?
A: Yes, we would love to hear from you! We welcome you to do this through our website, however we won’t be able to action this request until we resume normal business.
Q: I need to get hold of someone who should I contact?
